Material： Poorly made product, interior stuck together with double sided tape! Technics：Cheap plastic wheels, concerns that poor quality components will fail quickly. On-time Shipment： Supplier failed to ship on time as agreed in writing and sample shipping was overly expensive and took 2 weeks - an extended period of the sample sitting in China with no actual shipment or movement with couriers. Multiple, changing excuses for reasons why no shipment occurred. Supplier agreed to full refund of all charges paid in writing and then reneged on this agreemeent. Beware of any dealings with this supplier - we are proceeding with a chargeback to recover funds.
